Pictured are two versions of a Lifting Gear Pod.
The original design (pictured below) is used to supply areas of the mine. Supplies could include shackles, chain blocks, emergency gear, gofer, hacksaws, sledge hammer, drill steels, tips. In the past emergency gear has been stored in the front compartment and cupboards have been assigned to different crews for replenishing their supplies. The modified version (pictured above) has fully enclosed doors and barriers over the handles for safety purposes whilst the original version (bottom picture) has compartments with mesh doors for easy visibility. Both lifting gear pods come with a QDS fitted and fork pockets for easy transportation as well as the required decals. WLL 2000kgs
